Is this how you look Monday morning when you hear the alarm clock?

You know it is time to get up – go to work, like every 5 days a week, 46 week pr year….it seems endless. You snooze a little longer while dreaming of staying home one more day – to do what you like – follow your dreams – work with your passion…..

As a creative entrepreneur I like monday mornings, it is easy to get up and continue building my own business and follow my passion. Always something new to try and do, and always new ideas to explore.

So do I always walk around with a happy face??

No, not at all!

Every week I meet new challenges or bump into unexpected things I have to take care of no matter what, and then my face look very similar as the picture above….not very charming to be honest 🙂

Luckily I know what to do and where to go to find back into my good and positive mood. I go to my workplace continuing on one of my embroidery projects.

Sitting here in silence concentrating on stitches, shapes and colors, I create a new state of mind. In this creative space all ‘the linear systems’ and ‘boxes to fit in’ disappear. Instead the energies changes, the mind is getting free of old heavy patterns and I work with a new flow of possibilities.

Creativity can open up the powerful resource of flow and innovation. With this power you become the Creator who will see challenges from new angles and suddenly solutions turn out of the blue. Working with creativity you become a better problem solver in all areas of your life and work. The negative emotions decreases while the power of joy and happiness increases – with a happy open mind to the world, you can design the changes!

My vision is to explore the mindfulness and playfulness through my embroideries and allow the flow in all kind of processes.

My vision is to lift creativity into a new area – connecting body, mind and heart – and unfold the power of creation.

Pls feel free to share your own experience with creative process, how do you find the flow – inspiration – innovation?
